"High employee turnover rate. Poor communication/understanding of the English language. I suffered many errors in dealing with Roscio concerning my policy needs. Spoke with Ahida multiple times regarding her staff there. After being a long time customer I am truly disappointed at the competency of the staff. As well as the decline of quality service😟"
